Birmingham -Jefferson County Transit Authority Announces Fare Reinstatement and Service ModificationsBIRMINGHAM, AL (November 16, 2020)- As a result of COVID-19, Birmingham-Jefferson County Transit Authority (BJCTA) suspended fares on MAX buses since March, 2020. Effective Monday, December 7, 2020, fares will be reinstated.
